What documents do I need?
Requirements vary depending on your business type and circumstances. Rather than requiring every possible document, we ask businesses to provide relevant evidence that establishes their identity and authority to represent the business.
Some of the verifications doesn't apply to my business?
Different legitimate businesses genuinely have different documents. A Delaware LLC, a sole proprietor, a freelancer, a Shopify store, a nonprofit, and a UK company aren't going to have the same paperwork. Based on your business, we will verify the applicable documents and provide respective verified tags.
Will my submitted documents be public?
No. Uploaded verification documents are used for the verification process and are not publicly displayed on the business profile.
Do I need to provide government ID?
WebSafely may require identity verification from the person representing the business as part of the manual verification process.
How long does verification takes?
